Creating a new input:
I. Passenger Information
This section captures the necessary details about the traveler.
- Core Customer Information:
- Full Name: The passenger's complete legal name.
- Date of Birth: The passenger's date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Contact Information:
- Phone: The passenger's primary phone number.
- Email: The passenger's email address.
- Address (Optional): The passenger's residential address.
- Preferred Mode of Transportation: The passenger's preferred mode of travel (Air, Rail, Sea, Road). This would automatically populate to the required manifest
- National Identity Number or Government Issued ID Card Number
II. Trip Details (Travel Information)
This section contains the specifics of the planned journey.
- Origin: The starting point of the trip (City/Airport or Park). Use standard IATA codes for airports where possible (e.g., JFK, LHR).
- Destination: The end point of the trip
- Booking Type: The type of booking (One-way, Round-trip, Multi-city).
- Departure Date & Time: The date and time of departure (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM). Use a 24-hour format for time.
- Return Date & Time (If Applicable): Only required for round trips.
